My name is Nina Silvas. I am a "preacher's daughter". I was raised under a Spirit Filled Minister, my dad. At the age of three I received the infilling of the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. As I grew older I strayed from the Lord because of different circumstances in my life. The enemy is no respecter of persons. He is after the very elect. Instead of reaching out for the Lord, I reached for the world. Satan had me blinded and my ears were deafened to the Lord's wooing. I went through many hardships and struggles that could have been avoided. I learned the hard way that Jesus is the only answer. After many years, through the prayers of my parents, I turned and ran into the arms of the Lord. I had to totally commit to Jesus. A word of God was spoken over me that this was my last chance. If I ever turned away again it would be too late. So I turned my heart, soul, body and mind to Jesus. Like a piece of clay I said, "Potter, Jesus, mold me and make me into what You would have me to be. I give my life to you."
